GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is the responsibility of each visitor to check the reservation details are correct. Should the reservation be incorrect, or further information is required, contact our reservations office immediately.

CANCELLATION

Cancelling a confirmed reservation 15 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date or less or not arriving at all will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancelling 30 days or more in advance to the booked arrival date will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancelling confirmed bookings cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the actual arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

NB: IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH VISITOR TO FAMILIARISE THEMSELVES WITH THE SPECIFIC RESERVE INFORMATION SHEET AND CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO YOUR BOOKING FOR IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS.

PARTICULAR ATTENTION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO CLOSING TIMES OF RESERVE GATES. GATE TIMES MAY DIFFER DURING CERTAIN MONTHS OF THE YEAR. PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE GATE TIMES OF YOUR DESTINATION AND THE DISTANCES TO AND BETWEEN THEM WHERE APPLICABLE.
